Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Vacancéole - Résidence Illixon in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check out as long as there has been no damage to the property. For stays from 1 to 6 nights, bed linen, towels and TV are provided. Bed linen and towels change is possible upon request and for an extra charge. End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rate, except for the kitchen area and dishes which must be cleaned by the guests. For stays of 7 nights or more, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rate but are available for an extra charge. For stays of 7 or more nights, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price but can be provided for an extra charge. City tax is payable at the residence. Parking options: - uncovered parking: EUR 4 per day or EUR 15 per week - covered parking: EUR 7 per day or EUR 30 per week. Please note that one pet can be accommodated per unit for an extra charge of EUR 10 per day.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 15 per week.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
