This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. Please note that the restaurant will be closed from 15/01 after lunch until 21/1 for lunch. Price includes: accommodation, bed linen, toilet linen, household linen (bathmat and dish towel), a cleaning kit, end-of-stay cleaning (except dishes and the kitchen corner), basic WiFi access (for 5 devices to browse, read e-mails and search), charge and tax (except city tax and application fee). Beds can be made for your arrival for an extra EUR 8 charge. The location of the accommodation can be reserved straight after booking by calling the property. Please note that location preferences are subject to availability and at an additional cost. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated and not supervised. It is open from April to October. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Reception opening hours: all days exc sunday : 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 18:00 - closed on sunday

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 66 per week.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 40 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
