The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. Please note that for stays of 2 nights or more cleaning will be done weekly or on departure. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. For stays of 1 to 3 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. For stays of 4 to 27 nights, weekly cleaning services are included. For stays of 28 days and more, cleaning services will be provided every 2 weeks. Additional cleaning services may be provided upon request and at an additional cost. Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
