This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool 5mt x 10 mt is closed from Mon 15 Apr 2024 until Tue 30 Apr 2024 For stays of more than 2 nights, a quick clean is carried out with no change of sheets or towels. End-of-stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with a change of sheets and towels, as well as end-of-stay cleaning. When booking 5 rooms or for more than 12 people or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Bachelor parties and similar celebrations are not permitted in the hotel. A security deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival after 15:00. This amount must be paid by credit card. This amount will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure. The amount will be fully refunded to your credit card if no damage has been found by the establishment. It is possible to arrive outside reception opening hours, simply contact the residence in advance. Please note that during the high season, the swimming pool is open from 10:00 – 20:00 from May to September. Please also note that the reception is open Monday to Friday from 08:00 – 12:30 and from 13:30 to 19:00 and Saturday and Sunday from 08:30 – 12:30 and from 13:30 to 18:00.

Groups : When booking more than 6 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Free private parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
