Guests will benefit from free WiFi throughout the hotel. The rooms at Maison Rouge feature a minibar and satellite TV and can accommodate guests with reduced mobility. Each is serviced by the hotel’s traditional lift and has an en suite bathroom with a bath or shower. Additional facilities include daily newspapers and a 24-hour reception. Outside of the hotel, the local tram system provides access to historical Strasbourg including rue de Mésange, 5 minutes away. The hotel recommends that guests park at Kléber car park, 50 metres from the hotel. Guests are required to provide the credit card used to make the reservation upon check-in. Please note that for bookings of 4 rooms or more, special conditions apply for cancellations and prepayments. A deposit will be required after the property has confirmed the booking. Please note that our spa, on the 2nd floor, is open every day from 9am to 8pm from Monday to Thursday and until 9pm from Friday to Sunday.
