Nestling in a Vosges forest **** the Spa Les Jardins de Sophie hotel occupies a 9-hectare estate between the villages of Xonrupt-Longemer and Le Valtin, just 8 km from Gérardmer. The 35 rooms of Spa Les Jardins de Sophie are decorated with taste and sensitivity. You'll find the spirit of a charming, chic mountain hotel throughout. All the hotel's rooms are personalised and different in terms of surface area, decoration and furnishings, but they all benefit from the same quality materials and products, and all the rooms and suites have been carefully decorated. All are equipped with flat-screen TVs, minibars, hospitality trays and safes. The bathrooms, most with showers and some with baths, are often very bright and always modern. The hotel also has two PRM rooms. Our Chef Morgan makes a point of using natural products supplied by local producers (Vosges mountains, Lorraine, Alsace). He invents and crafts top-of-the-range cuisine that always remains authentic. The gourmet restaurant at Les Jardins de Sophie offers seasonal suggestions in a cosy, refined setting.
