International Agricultural Show
The International Agricultural Show is running from February 23 to March 2 at the Paris Expo - Porte de Versailles exhibition centre. This is a unique opportunity to discover the sheer diversity and authenticity of French and international agriculture. The event includes numerous entertainment features, a festive atmosphere, more than 3000 animals and the famous General Agricultural Competition.

David LaChapelle retrospective
From February 5 to May 31, the Monnaie de Paris (The French Mint) will be hosting a David LaChapelle retrospective. This exhibition of works by the famous American photographer is the largest and most extensive ever organised in France. Via this huge retrospective, in which almost 200 works will be exhibited, the public will be able to discover and admire the sheer complexity of the work produced by this great artist.

Rétromobile
The 34th edition of Rétromobile will take place from 6 to 15 February at the Porte de Versailles. More than 300 French and foreign exhibitors will present vehicles, spare parts, publications, rare objects and reduced-size models, etc.: the whole universe for collectors will be brought together in a unique place for 10 days!

The Lemon Festival
This colourful festival will be attracting visitors from all over the world under the warm skies of Menton until March 4. The town erupts into life as it gets into the rhythm of this traditional Lemon Festival, its streets packed with brass bands, entertainers and giants. No fewer than 15 tonnes of citrus fruit are used to create the scenery, which can occasionally reach up to 10 meters in height.

The Dunkerque
carnival
The carnival celebrations get off to a flying start each year with the Bal du Chat Noir (Black Cat Ball) which is held on February 7. In keeping with tradition, the "3 joyeuses" (the Dunkirk, La Citadelle, Rosendael and Malo “tribes”) will be parading through the streets singing traditional risqué songs led by a drum-major.
