Fun fair in the Jardin des Tuileries, 26 June to 22 August In a location that is so important in the history of France, the Jardin des Tuileries will offer at least sixty attractions for the young and old. Carrousels and exciting roundabouts, shooting stands and trampolines, there will be entertainment for everyone! Even the sporting will have something for them – shooting, climbing etc. What is more, from 13 to 14 July, the Jardin des Tuileries will be the venue of the Gypsy Jazz festival. Don’t miss it, admission is free!

Paris Plages 20 July to 20 August, on the banks of the Seine
There is a beach in Paris! Once again, Paris Plage will give the riverside a holiday feel, with deck chairs, palm trees and sand! There will be many activities on offer – basketball, tennis, wrestling, fencing, table tennis, pétanque, Tai Chi, ballroom dancing, fitness room, micro-droplet shower, temporary library and an adventure beach for young children, with water fun and games, concerts, workshops and shows for entertainment.

Foire Saint Germain 7 June to 4 July, place Saint-Sulpice
The Foire Saint Germain has been held in place Saint-Sulpice for 29 years and is entirely free - it is a place for exchange, meetings and friendship, where, for over a month, an eclectic public come together for pleasure and discoveries. The Foire Saint Germain is a cultural event above all, with 5 fairs (contemporary art, antiques, poetry, books and ceramics) and many shows!

Marseille Summer 7 June to 30 September
This summer, the city of Marseille will have plenty to offer as usual! The Marseille festival (17 June to 6 July) will delight those who are passionate about music by bringing together many renowned artistes. This year, the sailing tour de France will stop in the port of Marseille once again (21 to 23 July), as it goes past the North Sea, Atlantic and Mediterranean coastlines. Lastly, take the chance to go to the artisan nights on the old port (7 June to 30 September) to meet the artisans of Marseille and discover unique and high-quality local products! |

The Cow Parade of Bordeaux,7 June to 4 September. This summer, Bordeaux will play host to a herd of extraordinary and colourful cows! A large number of life-size cows that have been transformed, painted, decorated, perforated or even graphed, will be on display around the city. The event will end with an auction, the proceeds of which will go to the Food Bank. The event continues to be much appreciated across the world since its creation (first in 1998 in Zurich with 812 fibreglass cows spread in the busy areas of the city to promote the art and vibrancy of the city). |
