 Music fair at Musée d’Orsay
For the third year running, the Orchestre National de France conducted by Kurt Masur will be performing in the museum's nave during the Music Festival.

 France 2 celebrate the music
Just as each year, France 2 will be recording its programme for the Music Festival in Paris. This year the festivities are set to be held at the Place des Invalides.

 Music fair at Arab world institut
From 7:30 PM onwards in front of the IMA you can discover a meeting of the world’s cultures with Makhlouf: Andalou-kabyle, the arabesque vocals of Miana, Youness and New Raï and finally Slim, the furia of the Tunisian folk world.

 Beal Tuinnea at Irish cultural club

 Blues concert at « Au bon coin »
A Blues concert will be held for the Music Festival in front of the "Au bon coin" restaurant situated at 21 rue de la Collégiale (Paris fifth district). This area is located just a stone's throw from the Latin Quarter and rue Mouffetard. Visitors also have the possibility to enjoy a meal and a drink on the terrace. Free concert if you remain standing!

 Henri Cartier Bresson à vu d'œil / Untill August 30th Maison Européenne de la photographie
Organized to coincide with the centenary of Henri Cartier-Bresson’s birth, this exhibition provides an opportunity to see the 320 works that form part of the Maison Européenne de la Photographie collection. These two large sets of images are the result of several years’ work on the photographer’s archives. Embodying as they do the famous ‘decisive instant’, these images reflect the career of a man who wanted to ‘put the head, the eye and the heart in the same line of sight’.

 Festival of the Digital City / May 25th - June 7th Cité des Sciences
Futur en Seine is a pioneering Cultural, Technological and Social Event.Cap Digital has invited leading Parisian companies and research labs to present their innovative prototypes, digital technologies and demos in prestigious sites throughout Paris during the Festival. In this context, other leading cities are also invited to participate in the Futur en Seine international event, “World Future Digital City@Futur en Seine”.

 Chartres en lumières / Untill September 19th
In 2003, the City of Chartres, with its exceptional cultural heritage, wanted to create a popular event, highlighting the City's historic monuments, notably the Cathedral, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A festive and artistic lighting production was considered the best way of livening up and developing the prestige of this heritage. For centuries, Chartres has always been a City of Light due to the wonderful stain glass windows of many of its buildings.

 Deauville international week / June 4th - 7th Deauville Deauville is resolutely turning itself back towards its maritime roots. The guest series are the the most prestigious one design series on an international scale and the IRC classes. All these classes will compete on the Deauville race zone, where the currents in the Baie de Seine and the effects of the hills shaping the Norman coastline make up a complex site that is greatly appreciated by racers. Coastal courses will take the fleet right along the Calvados coast.
