Prosperous for almost a hundred years, its doors closed in 1929. It comes as no surprise that the organization opens its doors to all sorts of art &#8211; questioning society as we know it and taking part in some kind of transition.<\/p>\n<p>Each month a new exhibition takes place inside the walls of the Maison des M\u00e9tallos (exposition, storytelling, poems about abandoned materials, etc.).<\/p>\n<p>The prices are not set &#8211; it is the concept of the \u201c<a href=\"http:\/\/www.maisondesmetallos.paris\/sites\/default\/files\/transition\/pdf-ip.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">billetterie responsable<\/a>*\u201d: \u20ac3, \u20ac6, \u20ac9 or more, you pay what you think it is worth every time you come. Photographs, letters, partitions, paintings and even her famous black dress are on display.<\/p>\n<p>The museum was created by Bernard Marchois who wrote many biographies about Edith Piaf.
