Like a number of cities around the world, Paris has recently adopted the system of a City Pass for tourists.\u00a0 The City Pass gives you direct access to the local museums without having to queue to get in, as well as obtaining unlimited access to public transport. Two different passes are available \u2013 the Paris PassLib\u2019<\/strong> and the Paris Museum Pass<\/strong>. To help you decide which one to choose, I’m giving you my advice in this article with the pros and cons of each pass.<\/p>\n

Paris Museum Pass<\/h2>\n

The Paris Museum Pass is essentially a queue ticket to visit Paris’ monuments and museums. Available over 2, 4 or 6 days, it guarantees you quick access<\/strong> to 60 important monuments<\/strong> in Paris and the Paris region<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

You can visit the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre or Versailles or the Ch\u00e2teau de Chantilly.<\/p>\n

The Museum Pass can be ordered online<\/a><\/strong> and can be picked up at the Paris Tourist Office<\/strong>. You can buy it in advance and activate it whenever you want.<\/p>\n

Please note, however, that the days of use must be consecutive<\/strong> and cannot be spread over several visits (48h, 96h, 144h).<\/em><\/p>\n
