Each of them has its specificities and its points of interest. This is my ranking of Paris\u2019 arrondissements from a tourist point of view.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>20. It is not the ideal place for someone who wants to discover Paris for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>The fact that it is far from the center makes it hard to get around, even though there are many public stops.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tranquility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawbacks: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location<\/li>\n<li>Lack of tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>19. Its location makes it hard to discover the city.<\/p>\n<p>There are still some less known museums that could interest those who already know Paris very well.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantage:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tranquility<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawbacks: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location<\/li>\n<li>Lack of tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>18. However, there are many public means of transport in this arrondissement and they allow you to get to the most visited landmarks quickly and easily.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Public transports<\/li>\n<li>Tranquility (few tourists)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawbacks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Expensive to live in<\/li>\n<li>Lack of tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>17. The 10th arrondissement<\/h2>\n<p><em>L\u2019Entrep\u00f4t arrondissement<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_20567\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-20567\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.france-hotel-guide.com\/fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/canal-saint-martin-2.jpg\" alt=\"Canal Saint Martin\" width=\"620\" height=\"414\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-20567\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Saint-Martin canal, located in the 10th and 11th arrondissements.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The 10th arrondissement is a nice district to stroll in but there is no touristic landmark. It is well located to get around the city and well served by public transports.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Location<\/li>\n<li>Public transports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lack of tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>16. The 20th arrondissement<\/h2>\n<p><em>M\u00e9nilmontant arrondissement<\/em><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_22356\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-22356\" style=\"width: 610px\" class=\"wp-caption alignnone\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.france-hotel-guide.com\/fr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/paris20-e1634734341168.jpg\" alt=\"paris-20th-arrondissement\" width=\"620\" height=\"413\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-22356\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">P\u00e8re Lachaise cemetery, in the 20th. It is calm and affordable but not very tourist-oriented.<\/p>\n<p>The only noteworthy tourist attraction is the P\u00e8re Lachaise cemetery, even though it is not among the most famous ones.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tranquility<\/li>\n<li>Low living cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lack of tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>15. The 11th arrondissement<\/h2>\n<p><em>Popincourt arrondissement<\/em><\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FAtelierLumieres%2Fphotos%2Fa.1834272519919265%2F4843210405692113%2F%3Ftype%3D3&amp;show_text=false&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"262\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\" data-mce-fragment=\"1\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The 11th arrondissement is not very tourist-oriented but has some interesting places. It became a bit more popular thanks to the <em>Atelier des Lumi\u00e8res<\/em>, an art center.<\/p>\n<p>Even though it is getting famous, it is still not among the top things you should do in Paris if you come here for the first time.<\/p>\n<p>The metro serves the arrondissement well and it is affordable to live in.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Low living cost<\/li>\n<li>Public transports<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lack of tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>14. This arrondissement is perfect for contemporary art enthusiasts since there are many art galleries.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Less known museums<\/li>\n<li>Art galleries<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Very few tourist attractions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>12. This arrondissement has a nice park to stroll in called the Buttes-Chaumont.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cit\u00e9 des Sciences et de l\u2019Industrie museum<\/li>\n<li>Buttes-Chaumont park<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawback:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Its location<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>11. There are quite a few tourist attractions like the famous Trocad\u00e9ro Gardens.<\/p>\n<p>It is pretty busy and offers a splendid view of the Eiffel tower. There is also the <em>Mus\u00e9e de l\u2019Homme<\/em>, an anthropology museum, and for fashion enthusiasts, there is also Yves Saint-Laurent museum.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Advantages:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Trocad\u00e9ro gardens<\/li>\n<li>Mus\u00e9e de l\u2019Homme<\/li>\n<li>Yves Saint-Laurent Museum<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Drawbacks:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Busy and noisy<\/li>\n<li>High living cost<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h2>10.
