The average price per square meter is now 11,068\u20ac in Paris and 13,382\u20ac (15,574$) in New York.<\/p>\n

For purchase, the price per square meter is 17% more expensive in New York than it is in Paris<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The most expensive districts in Paris are the 1st (13,313\u20ac\/m2), the 6th (15,617\u20ac\/m2) and the 7th (13,442\u20ac\/m2) arrondissements, and the cheapest ones are the 13th (9,246\u20ac\/m2), the 18th (9,904\u20ac\/m2), the 19th (9,402\u20ac\/m2) and the 20th (9,282\u20ac\/m2).<\/p>\n
