Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. For stays of more than 2 nights, express cleaning is carried out, without changing sheets and towels and the end of stay cleaning is included. For stays of 7 to 29 nights, a weekly cleaning is included with change of sheets and towels, as well as the end of stay cleaning. For reservations of more than 5 rooms or for 12 people, special conditions apply.

Groups : When booking more than 10 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
