The name on the credit card and photo identification must match the guest's name. If this is not the case, the hotel reserves the right to refuse accommodation. End-of-stay cleaning is included for stays up to 4 nights. A cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an extra cost. A weekly housekeeping service is included for stays of 8 nights or more and includes a change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 5 to 7 nights, a cleaning service can be provided upon request and at an extra cost. When booking 7 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply.
