Important information

Please inform Le Kléber Hôtel in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 50 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that rooms on the 5th floor are attic rooms and therefore smaller than the other rooms. Guests can kindly request to search for Place de l'Homme de Fer in their GPS to easily get to the hotel by car. Please note that reservations of more than 5 rooms may induce extra charges and specific payment conditions applied by the hotel. Please note that the property does not have bike storage. Please inform the property upon reservation should you plan to come with bikes.

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and costs EUR 25 per day.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
