The exterior elevator will be under renovation from February 6 to March 13. Access to the residence will be by stairs. Please note that after your booking, you will be given access codes the day of your check in. The credit card used to reserve the accommodation will be requested upon arrival. The name on the credit card and the name on the reservation must be the same. Reception opening hours: -Monday until Thursday from 17h00 until 22h00 -Friday from 7h00 until midday , From 17h00 until 21h00 -Saturday and Sunday from 8h00 until midday , from 17h00 until 21h00 A credit card will be needed to access the keys from the safe. Please note that if you do not have a credit card you will be unable to access your room. At an additional cost, guests can request their bed linen and towels to be changed. At an additional cost, guests can request a full housekeeping service. Please note that the hotel is located in a pedestrian street, where cars are not allowed. Please note that the elevator will be closed from 20 to 24 June due to renovation, thank you for your understanding. Our property will be under construction from April 9 to June 30, we are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
