Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the property directly if you need an extra bed in the room. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. Please note that the beach and restaurant are open only in summer season from june to end of septembre, (contact the hotel for exact dates), its weekly closure on mondays and tuesdays. Pool access badge and gate: A deposit of 20 euros in cash will be required for the pool access badge and for the hotel gate. This amount will be refunded in full on the day of your departure when the badge is returned. (One badge per room). Our hotel is located inside a condominium, with secure entry and exit. The hotel swimming pool is shared with the resident co-owners.

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 10 per day.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. Children from 3 years old to 11 years old stay for € 25 per person per night when using an existing bed. People 3 years old and over stay for € 25 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
