Please inform Studios Alea in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property may request additional documentation from guests to validate identity, travel itinerary and other relevant information, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. The property has no reception. Please call the the owner at least 2 hours before your arrival to plan the check-in. Please note that the 30% or 100% prepayment by cash/cheque/bank transfer is due before arrival. Parking : Private parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. No extra charges.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 3 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. People 4 years old and over stay for € 5 per person per night when using an available extra bed. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
