Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Popinns will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen is not included. It can be rented on site or guests can bring their own. Please contact the property before arrival to arrange this. Please note that a EUR 40 - 60 end-of-stay cleaning fee is not included in the price. You can choose to pay the fee (which does not include the kitchen) or clean the accommodation yourself. Upon departure, a EUR 80 fee may be taken from your deposit if the apartment has not been cleaned to satisfactory standard. Please note the winter reception hours (from December until April): - Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 11:30 and 16:00 to 18:30 - Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00. Please note the Summer reception hours (July and August): - Sunday to Friday: 09:00 to 11:30 and 16:00 to 18:30. - Saturday: 08:00 to 20:00. If you expect to arrive outside opening hours, please contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found on your confirmation. WiFi is available at Le Bachat Bar only.

Parking : Free public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed).

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
