Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please contact the property in advance if you plan to arrive or leave outside of the designated check-in and check-out times. For early arrivals, guests may arrive from 10:00. For late check-out, guests may stay in the room until 14:00. Please note that both cases are subject to availability and must be confirmed with the property. An additional charge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals before 15:00 or for check-out after 11:00. The residence is open 24/7. Please note that: For stays from 1 to 6 nights, end of stay cleaning is included. Weekly cleaning is included. Additional cleaning can be provided at extra cost. Please note that cleaning does not include the kitchen area or the washing up. Guests must clean their kitchen area and wash their dishes before departure. You will be required to provide a passport or ID card at check-in, as well as the credit card used to make your booking. For non-refundable bookings, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation with a link in order to make their payment online. For bookings of 7 nights or more, guests will receive an email after completing their reservation in order to have their credit card pre-authorised. Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 12 per day.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Children up to and including 12 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
