This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 30 Sept 2023 until Fri 03 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Reception Opening Hours: - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: from 10:00 to 12:00 and from 17:00 to 19:00 - Saturday : from 08:00 to 10: 00 and from 16:00 to 20:00. - Sunday: from 10:00 to 12:00. The reception is closed on Sunday afternoon and on Wednesday all day. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Please note that only cash or French cheques are accepted as methods of payment for extra charges and deposits. Please note that a mandatory fee for electricity and water is not included in the studio rate. The swimming pool is open from 09:00 to 20:00. In July and August it is open until 21:00. For stays from 2 to 6 nights, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is included in the price. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. For stays of 7 nights or more, the end-of-stay cleaning fee is at an extra cost. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towelsInternet : No internet access available.
