Please inform Résidence Le Virginia by Popinns in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Piscine #1 is closed from Sun 01 Oct 2023 until Fri 31 May 2024 A damage deposit of EUR 250 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours: - From Monday until Saturday: 09:00 to 11:00 and 16:00 to 19:00 - Sunday: Closed Please contact the reception for all arrival outside opening hours. Please note that pets can be accommodated for an extra charge of EUR 10 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights. For stays of 5 nights or more, the extra charge for animals is EUR 50 per stay. One pet is allowed per room. IMPORTANT Pets cannot be accommodated in July and August. Please note that the swimming pool is open from May to September. We do not have a private parking. Free parking in a 10 minutes walk, or a public parking next to the residence, €3.40/H €22/12H and €24/24h. For stays of 1-6 nights, bed linen are included. Please note that beds can be made before your arrival upon request. An addionnal fee of 19 EUR per bed applies.Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.
