A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Reception opening hours: Monday, Tuesday, Friday and Sunday: 8:30-11:30 and 16:30 to 19:30 Thursday: 16:30 to 19:30 Saturday: 8:00 -12:00 and 14-00 to 20:00 Please note that reception is closed all day on Wednesday and on Thursday morning. When the reception is closed, guests will be able to get the keys from a box, accessible with a code. Please note that for all arrivals before 17:00 and after 19:00, guests must contact the property in advance by telephone in order to organise check-in. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. You can bring your own towels and bed linen or rent them on site at an extra cost of : - EUR 8 per person for bed linen - EUR 8 per person for towels Towels and sheets are included for short stays. A fee applies if guests wish to have them changed mid-stay. Guests are expected to clean the kitchenette and wash the dishes before check-out. Please note that the city tax is to be paid upon arrival on site. Optional services to be paid on site: baby bed : EUR 15/ week - baby high chair: EUR 5 per week – baby bed + baby high chair kit : EUR 25 per week. A EUR 39 weekly fee applies per pet.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and charges are applicable.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 7 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an available cot. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for € 15 per person per stay when using an existing bed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management. Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.
