You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Bed linen and towels are provided. Beds are made on arrival. End-of-stay cleaning is included (excluding kitchen area). The credit card used to reserve the accommodation will be requested upon arrival. The name of its holder must be identical to that appearing on the reservation. Location preference, early arrival (12 noon) and late departure (2 pm) possible: with supplement, on request at reception in advance and subject to availability. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
