Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. If you plan to arrive before 15:30 and after 19:00, please contact the residence in advance. Please note that the rate does not include daily cleaning and change of towels. This service is available at an additional cost per apartment per day. For stays of more than 7 nights, weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Please note that for non-refundable reservations, the credit card used to pay in advance for the reservation must be presented at reception upon arrival. 3 parking spaces are available upon request and are subject to availability. The parking reservation is guaranteed only when guests receive a confirmation from the property. Please note that for bookings of 3 rooms only, the property reserves the right to charge a prepayment. Please note that it is mandatory for the guests to clean the kitchen before check-out.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 15 per day.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
