Important information

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. If you plan to arrive after 00:00, the reception is accessible with the access codes. Reservations for more than 5 rooms for the same date of stay must be subject to a prior quote request from the establishment. A group contract will be subject to approval. In case of multiple reservations without quote and contract signed by both parties, the establishment reserves the right to refuse and cancel reservations unilaterally, without restitution or compensation. Please note that the credit card used to make the reservation may be pre-authorised of the first night before arrival. In the single rooms, there is no separation between the bathroom, the toilet and the room. For wheelchair accessible rooms, please contact the hotel to find out if it is available during your stay.

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 20 per day.

Pets : Pets are allowed. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
