Rue Saint-Honoré is situated not far from the Jardin des Tuileries and the Saint-Honoré market in the Ist arrondissement of Paris. This is a very old street that dates right back to the Gallo-Roman period. In Rue Saint-Honoré, we find numerous art galleries exhibiting the work of famous or unknown, but always very talented artists. At number 204, Rue Saint-Honoré we find the Palais-Royal, seat of the Comédie-Française. It was in this very street that Molière was born. |
