In Rue de Rivoli we find the Musée de la Publicité (Museum of Advertising) which opened in 1978 thanks to the efforts of Geneviève Gaëtan Picon.
The Musée de la Publicité contains a collection of over 85,000 posters and 20,000 advertising films, but also press and radio advertisements and promotional items.
A collection that covers the history of advertising all over the world.
The Musée de la Publicité also houses a Media Library which offers an exceptionally rich database as well as descriptions of numerous works. |
