• From Paris (483 km): A 11 motorway to Nantes, then the A 83-E3 towards Bordeaux (via the motorway), exit to La Roche-sur-Yon via the D 763 and D 937. Bypass La Roche-sur-Yon on the N160 going towards Les Sables d’Olonne. Exit at Chapelle Achard/Grosbreuil/Talmont-St-Hilaire on the D21. At Talmont, drive towards Port-Bourgenay on the D949, then the D4.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.
The reception is open from 07:00 to 00:00 at Saturdays, from 08:00 to 20:00 at Sundays, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 20:00 Monday to Thursday and from 08:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 22:00 at Fridays.
Please contact the residence if you plan to arrive outside the opening hours.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
