|  Situated in the exceptional surroundings of the Saumane golf course, this superb residence consists of small Provencal style houses divided into apartments along with a swimming pool, gymnasium and 2 tennis courts.
The clubhouse restaurant has two terraces, one which traps the morning sun with a view of the 1st hole and the other the evening sun with a view of the 18th.
The bar serves all day and there is a general store on site which stocks everything from fresh bread and croissant to champagne!
There is a conference room and business centre with access to internet and fax.
Opening times : generally from 9h to12h and from 17h to 20h, closed on Wednesday. Opening times can vary depending on periods. For late arrival (after 20h), please call the establishment.
Available to you on site are: reception, lounges, breakfast room, driving range, 18-hole golf course, club house with bar and restaurants, gardens and terraces. Satellite television with supplement. |

PROCÉDURE D'ANNULATION: Les séjours sont de minimum 7 nuits du samedi au samedi (sauf exceptions). L'établissement se réserve le droit d'annuler une réservation qui ne respecterait pas ces conditions (après en avoir avisé le client).
Le Tarif ne comprend pas : la taxe de séjour, les animaux et autres prestations.
Suite à votre réservation dans notre établissement, nous vous contacterons afin de vous communiquer les conditions de paiement. En effet, après avoir reçu une autorisation signée de votre part, des arrhes vous seront prélevées.
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT:
*réservation à plus d'un mois avant l'arrivée, 30% à régler au moment de la réservation, le solde à régler 1 mois avant l'arrivée.
*réservation à moins d'un mois avant l'arrivée, 100% du séjour à régler au moment de la réservation.
ANNULATIONS : annulations entre 29 jours et 15 jours avant l'arrivée du client, 50% du montant total du séjour sont facturés par l'établissement.
Annulations entre 14 jours avant l'arrivée du client et non-présentation, 100% du montant total du séjour sont facturés par l'établissement.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (some exceptions exist). The hotel has the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to these conditions (after having informed the client).
Holiday tax, pets and other extras are non-included in the price.
Following your reservation, a booking agent will contact you regarding our payment conditions. After you have authorised the payment, a deposit will be charged to the credit card you provided at time of reservation.
PAYMENT CONDITIONS :
*if a reservation is made more than 1 month before arrival date, 30% is to be paid at time of reservation, the balance is to be paid 1 month before arrival.
*if a reservation is made 1 month before arrival date and in last minute, 100% is to be paid before arrival date.
Any cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Any cancellation between 14 days before arrival and the day of arrival and in case of a no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.
COMMENTS: Extra services: towels and bed sheets not included in the price (fee depending on season and the period of a stay).
PLEASE NOTE; Cleaning costs are EUR 60 per week
You can clean also the appartment yourself.
