Notre Chef, Yannick Mattern vous accueille au Château de l'Ile et vous propose dans ses deux restaurants : La Winstub, taverne Alsacienne proposant de nombreuses spécialités locales et L'Asszimmer mariant la cuisine internationale à la gastronomie Française.
Dès la belle saison, une terrasse, donnant sur l'Ill, vous permettra de déguster les plats de nos deux restaurants à l'ombre des arbres bordant la rivière.

In a 4 hectare preserved park, discover the Château de l'Ile, between the city of Strasbourg and its airport.
This l9th century château stands in a 4 acre park in a wooded loop of the river.
It allies traditional alsatian architecture: half-timbering, sand stone, flowered balconies, and terraces at the water's edge, with modern comforts. 58 rooms and 4 apartments between the château itself (4 rooms, 2 apartments, and 1 duplex), and the various buildings in Alsatian style architecture connected to the Chateau (54 rooms and 1 suite).
Halfway between Strasbourg and its international airport, it is a good place for a restful stay a base from which to visit the region, and to do business from.
Our chef, Yannick Materne, welcomes you at the 'Chateau de l'île and offers you a menu with dishes of the regional and traditional kitchen, in 3 rooms, with sight on the river and the forest, able to cater for up to 95 people.
At the beautiful season, you will appreciate the lunch on the terrace at the edge of water.
