Une salle de petit-déjeuner et une réception ouverte 7 jours sur 7 de 7h30 à 12h00 et de 15h00 à 20h00 du lundi au vendredi et de 8h00 à 12h00 et de 15h00 à 18h00 le samedi, le dimanche et les jours fériés.

Pour tout séjour d’une nuit et plus l’hôtel vous demandera votre numéro de carte de crédit comme garantie.

Pour tout séjour de plus de trente nuits l’hôtel vous demandera une caution de 750 euros à votre arrivée.

The hotel will ask for your credit card number as guaranty.
Stays from 30 nights or more:
The hotel will ask for a 750 euro deposit.

PROCÉDURE D'ANNULATION: Toute annulation devra être notifiée par écrit à CITEA. La date effective d'une annulation écrite sera la date de réception de celle-ci à l'établissement.
Si le séjour est inférieur à 7 nuits :
Toute annulation reçue avant midi le jour de la date prévue d'arrivée ne sera soumise à une indemnité d'annulation. Toute annulation reçue après midi le jour de la date prévue d'arrivée sera soumise à une indemnité d'annulation égale à une nuit de séjour.
Si le séjour est supérieur à 7 nuits * :
Toute annulation reçue avant le 30ème jour précédant le séjour ne sera pas soumise à une indemnité d'annulation.
- En cas d'annulation entre 30 et 15 jours précédant l’arrivée
30 % du montant total du séjour.
- En cas d'annulation entre 14 et 8 jours précédant l’ arrivée
50 % du montant total du séjour.
- En cas d'annulation entre 7 et 3 jours précédent l’ arrivée
75 % du montant total du séjour.
- En cas d’annulation entre 3 jours et le jour de l’arrivée
100 % du montant total du séjour.
* Toutefois dans les cas de séjours supérieurs à 29 nuits le montant du séjour retenu comme base de calcul sera le montant équivalent à 1 mois.

COMMENTAIRES: La taxe de séjour est comprise dans le prix de la chambre. ENFANTS: L'hôtel n'a pas de politique enfant.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations: All cancellations must be notified to CITEA in writing. The effective date of a written cancellation will be the date of its receipt at the hotel. If the stay is shorter than 7 nights: Cancellations received before midday on the scheduled arrival date will not be subject to a cancellation charge. Cancellations received after midday on the scheduled arrival date will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to one night’s stay. If the stay is longer than 7 nights*: Cancellations received more than 30 days before the stay will not be subject to a cancellation charge. - In the event of a cancellation between 30 and 15 days prior to the arrival date, 30% of the total cost of the stay. - In the event of a cancellation between 14 and 8 days prior to the arrival date, 50% of the total cost of the stay. - In the event of a cancellation between 7 and 3 days prior to the arrival date 75% of the total cost of the stay. - In the event of a cancellation within 3 days prior to the arrival date, 100% of the total cost of the stay. *However, in the case of stays longer than 29 nights, the cost of the stay taken as a basis for calculation will be the cost of one month. No-shows: Failure to arrive – with a booking – without making a cancellation shall be deemed to constitute a “no show” and shall be subject to the cancellation charge mentioned above.

COMMENTS: City tax is included in the room rate.
CHILD POLICY: The hotel has no child policy.

Route: de l'A75, direction Montpellier-Beziers, prendre la D132. Traverser Montpellier, puis prendre l'Avenue d'El Alamein et la 3ème sortie au rond point. Entrer dans Lattes. Au rond point, prendre la 2ème sortie, continuer sur l'Avenue des Chevaliers de Malte et prendre l'Avenue des Rois de Majorque sur la gauche, puis à droite, l'Avenue Léonard de


Avion: Aéroport de Montpellier à 6 kilomètres de l’hôtel.

Train: La gare TGV de Montpellier est située à 12 kilomètres de l’hôtel.

Road: From A75 (Montpellier - Beziers), take D132 through Montpellier. Take Avenue d'El Alamein and then the third street on the right hand side at the round about. Enter Lattes. At the round about, take the second street and go straight on Rue des Chevaliers de Malte and take Avenue des Rois de Majorque on the left hand side, then, on the right hand side, Avenue Leonard de Vinci.

Air: Montpellier airport is 6 kilometres away from the hotel.

Rail: Montpellier TGV train station is 12 kilometres away from the hotel.
