Au coeur de l’île, à 100 mètres d’une des plus belles plages de l'île de Ré et à proximité du centre du village, la Résidence hôtelière vous offre également une piscine non chauffée avec terrasse-solarium, laverie avec sèche linge, table de ping-pong, salon de télévision, parking, abri bicyclette. Le coin cuisine est équipé d’un four ou micro ondes, lave vaisselle, plaques électriques et réfrigérateur. (Draps et serviettes non compris, paiement sur place).

Found at the heart of the île de Ré, only 100 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches on the island and close to the centre of the village, La Couarde, the residence Le Mail Plage also offers a heated outdoor swimming pool (during the summer months), a table tennis room, sun terrace, laundry room with washer and tumble dryer, car park, bike storage and a communal television room. The kitchen in the studio apartment is equipped with an oven or microwave, dishwasher, electric hobs and refrigerator.(Sheets and towels not included, payment on site)

L'établissement se réserve le droit d'annuler une réservation qui ne respecterait pas ces conditions (après en avoir avisé le client).
Prix n'inclue pas: taxe de séjour, les animaux et autres prestations.
Suite à votre réservation dans notre établissement, nous vous contacterons afin de vous communiquer les conditions de paiement. En effet, après avoir reçu une autorisation signée de votre part, des arrhes vous seront prélevées.
CONDITIONS DE PAIEMENT (valable à partir du 6/09/04) :
Réservation à plus d'un mois avant l'arrivée, 30% à régler au moment de la
réservation, le solde à régler 1 mois avant l'arrivée.

éservation à moins d'un mois avant l'arrivée, 100% du séjour à régler au moment de la réservation.
ANNULATIONS: Annulations entre 29 jours et 15 jours avant l'arrivée du client, 50% du montant total du séjour sont facturés par l'établissement.
Annulations entre 14 jours avant l'arrivée du client et no show, 100% du montant total du séjour sont facturés par l'établissement.
HEURES D OUVERTURE : 9h-12h et 17h-20h. En cas d'arrivée après 20h, veuillez prévenir par téléphone l'établissement.
CAUTION:
Cette caution est remboursée dans sa totalité si: aucun dégât n'a été causé, vous faites le ménage de fin de séjour (dans le cas contraire la somme sera déduite de la caution

CANCELLATION POLICY: Minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday (some exception exist). The hotel has the right to cancel a reservation that does not correspond to these conditions (after having informed the client).
Holiday tax, pets and other extras are non-included in the price.
Following your reservation, a booking agent will contact you regarding our payment conditions. After you have authorised the payment, a deposit will be charged from the credit card you provided at time of reservation.
PAYEMENT CONDITIONS (valid from Sept 6th 2004) :
If a reservation is made more than 1 month before arrival date, 30% is to be paid at time of reservation, the balance is to be paid 1 month before arrival.
If a reservation is made 1 month before arrival date and in last minute, 100% is to be paid before arrival date.
CANCELLATION: Any cancellation between 29 days and 15 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount will be charged.
Any cancellation between 14 days before arrival and the day of arrival and in case of a no show: 100% of the total amount will be charged.

DAMAGES DEPOSIT:
This deposit is payable at the moment of check-in and is a 100% reimbursed if:
the apartment and its belongings have not been damaged, you do the cleaning at the end of the stay, if you don't, the sum will be deducted from your damages
