Ce complexe piétonnier est composé d’un hôtel et de maisonnettes spacieuses, groupés autour de 2 vastes piscines. Cet ensemble agrémenté d’un petit étang comprend des infrastructures sportives et de loisirs.

Le linge est à retirer et à rapporter à la réception. Changement du linge possible chaque début de semaine à la réception.
Le ménage de fin de séjour est à la charge du client (cf paragraphe « Les services payants sur place »). Si l’appartement est rendu sale, un forfait ménage est facturé.

This pedestrianised hotel complex includes a hotel and spacious maisonettes, built around two huge swimming pools.This residential site, which includes a small pond, also features various sports and leisure facilities.

RENTAL FORMULA

Cost includes:

Sheets and dishcloth must be picked up and dropped off at reception. Linen to be changed at the beginning of each week at reception.
End of stay cleaning to be paid by the guest (see the services paragraph for prices). If the apartment is left dirty, a cleaning fee will be charged.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Any cancellation shall be notified in writing (post, fax or e-mail) to the central planning department of PIERRE & VACANCES. Cancellations taking place between the thirtieth day and the arrival day shall give rise to payment by the TOUR OPERATOR to PIERRE & VACANCES of the following indemnities, calculated as of the date of receipt at PIERRE & VACANCES of the cancellation receipts and not as of their issue dates. a) Rental only or set amount product: - cancellation between the thirtieth day preceding arrival and the fifteenth day preceding arrival = 25 % of the Net Residential Amount of the stay due by the TOUR OPERATOR to PIERRE & VACANCES; - cancellation between the fourteenth day and the eighth day preceding the arrival = 50 % of the same Net Residential Amount; - cancellation seven days or less before the arrival = 75 % of the same Net Residential Amount; - non-presentation on the day of arrival = 100 % of the same Net Residential Amount. b) Hotels: - cancellation between the thirtieth day preceding the arrival and the fifteenth day preceding the arrival = 10 % of the Net Overall Amount of the stay (accommodation and services) due by the TOUR OPERATOR to PIERRE & VACANCES; - cancellation between the fourteenth day and the eighth day preceding the arrival = 30 % of the same Net Overall Amount; - cancellation between the seventh day and the fourth day preceding the arrival = 50 % of the same Net Overall Amount; - cancellation three days or less before the arrival = 75 % of the same Net Overall Amount; - non-presentation the day of the arrival = 100 % of the same Net Overall Amount.

Situation / Location

Route: De Paris : Autoroute A10 jusqu’à Vierzon, puis A71 direction Clermont Ferrand, continuer sur A75 jusqu’à Montpellier. Prendre ensuite A9 « La Languedocienne » direction Narbonne.
Sortie Sigean / Port-la-Nouvelle, puis N.139. A l’entrée de Port-la-Nouvelle, continuer tout droit direction Perpignan / La Palme. Prendre la 1ère route à gauche direction Les plages, passer au-dessus de la voie de chemin de fer et poursuivre jusqu’au rond-point, continuer tout droit, l’entrée du site MAEVA se trouve à 100 m après ce rond-point, sur la droite.

Road: From Paris: take the A10 motorway to Vierzon, and then the A71 towards Clermont Ferrand. Continue on the A75 as far as Montpellier. Then take the A9 (“La Languedocienne”) towards Narbonne.
Take the Sigean / Port-la-Nouvelle exit followed by the N.139. As you arrive in Port-la-Nouvelle, continue straight on towards Perpignan / La Palme. Take the 1st road on the left towards the beaches (“Les plages”), cross over the railway line and continue to the roundabout. Go straight on, and you will see the entrance to the MAEVA site 100 m after this roundabout, on the right.
