Les tarifs sont pour la chambre uniquement et incluent les taxes et services, mais les taxes de séjour sont à régler en supplément. Arrivées tardives: les clients doivent impérativement se présenter avant 22h00. Si besoin est, annulez votre réservation en ligne si vous devez arrivez après 22h00 (instructions sur votre confirmation).
Modifications: pour une modification simple, nous vous recommandons d'annuler et de réserver de nouveau en ligne, cependant si la modification est faite le jour même de votre arrivée, merci de prévenir l'hôtel. En cas d'annulations tardives ou de No Show, une nuit vous sera débitée par l'hôtel. Les enfants sont les bienvenus mais payeront le tarif adulte si 16 ans et plus.

- In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 1 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to one nights average cost of accomodation will be charged.

Cosytel Policy : Guests may book online up to 6pm (hotels local time) on day of arrival. Rates are for room only and include sales taxes and service, but may not include the local tourist tax. Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 10 pm. Should the need arise, we strongly recommend that you cancel your reservation online (instructions in booking confirmation). Amendments: for simple amendments we recommend you cancel and rebook online however if the amendment is made on the same day of your intended arrival, contact the hotel. Cancellations made on the day of your intended arrival or No Shows will be charged 1 night's accommodation (average of the total booking fee). Children are welcome but will be charged as adults if over 16 years.
