Cancellations
- Bookings must be cancelled 7 days in advance of your arrival date.
- In the event of a no show or a cancellation with less than 7 day notice prior to the date of arrival, an amount equivalent to one nights average cost of accomodation will be charged.
Payment - We accept
Louvre Hotels Booking Policy Active Hotels on behalf of Louvre Hotels will take full payment at the time of booking. Guests may book online up to 1200 (hotels local time) on day of arrival. Rates are for room only and include sales taxes and service, but may not include the local tourist tax. Late Arrivals: Guests must arrive at the hotel prior to 23:00 hrs. Your room cannot be guaranteed after 23 :00 hrs. If you cant change your time of arrival, please contact the hotel prior to 23 :00 hrs local time. Should the need arise, we strongly recommend that you cancel your reservation online (instructions in booking confirmation). Amendments: for simple amendments we recommend you cancel and rebook online however if the amendment is made on the same day of your intended arrival, contact the hotel. Cancellations made at least one day before your intended arrival will be refunded in full. Cancellations made on the day of your intended arrival or No Shows will be charged 1 nights accommodation (average of the total booking fee). Children are welcome but will be charged as adults.
