Every year Jazz at La Villette explores and highlights changes taking place in Jazz.
Held at the Parc de la Villette and the Cité de la Musique, the festival is also taking place in other parts of Eastern Paris.

 Claude Monet, from 22 September to 24 January 2011, Grand Palais.
The work of Monet, described as realism in the 1860s, subsequently represented the purest expression of Impressionism, then in the XXth century became one of the foundations of modern art. The exhibition brings together nearly two hundred paintings, including exceptional loans from the Musée d'Orsay as well as national collections.

 Whisky Live Paris, from 25 to 26 September, Palais de Tokyo.
This year in the unique and outstanding setting of the Palais de Tokyo, Whisky Live Paris opens its doors for the first time to all other fine spirits. Cognac and rum will have places of honour on special stands. A wide selection of spirits will also be offered for tasting.
