The hotel restaurant is an old religious school, completely renovated and situated in the heart of a medieval village.
Anne and Jean and the staff will help you discover the most picturesque places of Saint Rome de Tarn. Situated in the centre of the village, this large stone residence with wooden shutters hides a secret garden planted with flowers.
From 15 September 2007 the restaurant will be closed on Sunday evenings.

There are many hiking paths in the countryside surrounding the hotel. Visit the Millau Viaduct and the Roquefort caves.

From the Motorway a75, exit south of the Viaduc de Millau St Rome de Tarn.
