Whether you choose to eat in the dining room of our restaurant l’Oliveraie or in the shade of our wrought iron pergola outside, our chef will prepare you regionally inspired dishes using fresh local ingredients sourced from the best producers in the area. Guests will doubtless appreciate our swimming-pool during the hot summer season.

To keep your days busy there are plenty of leisure activities on offer in and around Collias as well as many magnificent tourist attractions. Or, if you prefer to relax, you may choose to make the most of the tranquillity of our garden and enjoy our swimming pool which also has a paddling pool for our younger guests.
Guests can enjoy a generous breakfast served buffet style in our Restaurant L'Oliveraie where you can also dine every evening. If you plan to spend the day out walking we can prepare you a picnic lunchbox (to be ordered 24 hours beforehand).
Access at night to both the car park and the hotel is controlled by a door code.
