Apartment rates include flat-screen TV. For minimum stays of 2 to 6 nights, the apartment rates include made beds upon arrival, bathroom linen and an end-of-stay cleaning service.
Check-in is possible from 11:00 and check-out service is until 18:00.

• Exit no. 38 Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël. Follow signs for Saint-Raphaël then Saint-Raphaël centre. In the centre of Saint-Raphaël, take the road for Cannes / Corniche d’Or in the right hand lane (the closest to the seafront). 300 m after the Grand Casino, turn left when you see Le Gréco Restaurant on your left and take Rue Dumont, then the first road on the left.

A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15 per stay in a baby cot.
Extra beds are not available.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: The total price of the reservation will be charged at least one day prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
