Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Reception opening hours : All days except saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 - saturday: 09:00 to 12:00 and 14:00 to 19:00 If you plan to arrive outside reception hours, please contact the residence in advance. When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 75 per week or EUR 12 per day applies. Prices include : Accommodation, bed linen, bath linen, household linen (bath mat + dish towel), cleaning kit, and end-of-stay cleaning fee (except dishes and kitchen area). City tax is not included. With an extra cost, you may request to reserve the exact location of your accommodation by calling the residence. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. For any invoice requests, please note that the name used will be the name stated on the reservation. In case the total amount of the reservation is not paid in the timeframe set in the policies, the property reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation fees. Please note that any modification may incur a fee. Please note that credit card is the only accepted method of payment. Due to technical problems, wifi is no longer available in the residence. We propose the rental of 4G key in reception. Due to renovation work on the facades, some buildings or flats are not available. For further information, please contact the teams on site. Check-in times are from 4pm to 6pm. If you want a location on the seafront, it is extra to pay on site, you must contact the reception before the stay.

Groups : When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply.

Internet : WiFi is available in the hotel rooms and is free of charge.

Parking : Private parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 55 per week.

Pets : Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed. You haven't added any cots. You haven't added any extra beds.
