Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. A pre-authorization of 1 EUR is required to ensure and verify your credit card details. Please note that any booking is personal and cannot be lent free of charge or against payment. Please note that for reservation of 5 or more rooms, 10% deposit will be required to confirm the reservation. If cancelled or modified up to 7 days before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. Please note that cribs are subject to availability, to be requested directly,by calling the hotel at least one day before. Upon check-in, you will be asked for a valid credit card in your name for hotel formalities. Each occupant of the room must present a national identity card or passport. Important: ID on mobile phone is not accepted. A credit card or a deposit of 100€ in cash will be required for reservations with prepayment. Please note that all special requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Internet : WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge.

Parking : Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is needed) and costs EUR 30 per day.

Pets : Pets are not allowed.

Children and extra bed policy : Children of any age are allowed. You haven't added any extra beds. Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
