Set in a 7-hectare park, this 19th-century castle is now a hotel featuring modern facilities, a maison d'hôtes atmosphere and a panoramic view the Charente Valley.

The Domaine du Breuil has elegant guest rooms. Set under the roof or on the lower floors with bay windows looking out onto the park, they are all equipped with Wi-Fi access.

The stylish restaurant serves seasonal gourmet cuisine and offers a panoramic view of the Charente Valley. In the summertime, you can enjoy your meal on the lovely terrace. Guests can enjoy a drink from the list of 150 Cognacs in the hotel bar.

With golf practice and bikes for hire on site, the Domaine also features an outdoor heated swimming pool. Boat rides on the Charente River can be arranged.

The hotel is set 800 metres from the city centre and 2 kilometres from the train station. It is only an hour’s drive from the beaches of the Charente-Maritime region.
